Two large suspended pendant lights each measuring 3′ x 3′ x 3′ were installed to deter the focus away from an existing deep structural beam which dominated the living room of this 1400 square feet New York City apartment. Storage cabinets were installed on one wall and by the windows, concealing radiators and to provide storage and display counter. The master bathroom was gut renovated to fit a new bath tub and was finished with black and white dual tone tiles.
