The Tokyo Headquarters for Pasona, a Japanese recruitment company’s, is located in the corner of two main thoroughfares in downtown Tokyo. The main building signage is affixed high above the street on the corner of the building facade, visible from afar. Finished in polished silver and red stainless steel, each letter is backlit with LED lights at night.

The subtle but clearly legible entry sign above the main door is proportioned to respect the grand entrance clad in stone. The employee’s entrance on the side features vertical fin signage at street level for maximum visibility at human scale.
